Get there at door opening time, no need to get there early....every spot is good in there
Venue parking $10, across the street event parking $5, next to that free but might tow
They have a cash bar outside and in the lobby
Casual to nice if you wanna make a fuss about it

You can come early and hangout and park across the street
It's not bad, at least you don't have to take a 3 mile hike.
It depends on who's performing, but it would not hurt to look your best.
