Atlanta Ballet’s Nutcracker
I wore You will find all manner of dress at the Fox but it is such a lovely theater that you just might take this opportunity and dress up a little!.
Parking near the theater is 20-30 dollars, may as well park across the street at the historic Georgian Hotel, this event was 20$ and was easy in and out
On nice weather days dine on the terrace across the street at the Georgian Terrace, Livingston Restaurant. They have a wonderful Sunday Brunch and the mimosas were just what we needed prior to the show!
Parking near the Fox is generally $20-30, so if you're not willing to pay that much, be prepared to park further out.
The weather was sunny and warm for November. I wore jeans and a long sleeve tee, dressed up with accessories..
Walk a couple of blocks up from the Fox and eat at Escorpion! Very reasonably priced, great service, yummy food.

I'm new to ATL and this was my first play at the Fox - PS Beautiful facility. However, if you attend this event or any other event at the FOX, avoid the side doors that the ushers have open. I thought the door would lead me to steps inside the building, instead, the doors lead you outside to the sides of the building. Once outside, then you have to walk about 1.5 blocks to get to the front of the Fox again. Also, no restrooms when you go out this way. What's the point of paying $25 to park across the street from the FOX when the ushers send you to exits at the back/side of the building. Definitely not fair to seniors who paid to park closer so they wouldn't have to walk this distance or maneuver the steep steps. Luckily it had stopped raining when the play ended. Definitely the walk would be worse in the rain or winter.
Motown the Musical

I wore Casual business.
Anthony Bourdain: Close to the Bone
We ate at a little Italian Restaurant a block down from The FOX. We arrived at the restaurant around 5:15, perfect timing.
We parked in the metered spaces on W Peachtree. The meter takes credit cards. Only $8 for 4 hours vs $20 for the area lots
The weather was cold. I wore Formals with a long jacket.
Remember to get the brochure before entering the room. Otherwise you won't understand the story.
The weather was windy, not too cold. I wore maxi dress with a warm coat.
We ate at Mary Mac's Tea Room. A bad choice doesn't exist on the menu. And they throw in a free back rub :).
The weather was windy and cold!. I wore a dress with tights and a wrap. Don't wear jeans to The Fox, people!.
Be sure to get to the Fox 30 mins before the curtain call to give yourself enough time to get to your seat.
We ate at the Publik House which is right next door. Great good and drinks!
I wore a fun dress with sandals and a cardigan for when we came out since it was a little windy.
