Laz parking garage is where to park and then buy a discount voucher at the Theatrical Outfit box office
Park in the LAZ multi story car park on the corner of Cone Street and Luckie Street. You'll only be a few steps from the Theater. On your way out of the theater see the box office staff, pay $4 and they'll give you a parking pass. Parking is $5 all day on Saturday and Sunday. I can't remember the rates at other times.

We arrived early to have dinner before the performance. The Landmark Diner, just 1/2 block away on Luckie Street, is not fancy, but had a varied menu at reasonable prices. They have a full bar plus the food was delicious and service was fast and excellent.
We rode MARTA and it was very easy, very close and a short enjoyable walk of about two blocks from the Peachtree Center Station to the Balzer Theatre at Herren's.
Be sure to give yourself enough time, since the roads around Fairlie-Poplar continue to get torn up for streetcar construction.
We enjoyed Slice, a pizza place nearby. Theatrical Outfit has several other suggestions on their website, as well.
Loved the no intermission as long patrons are aware when picking up tickets which did not happen.

Its roughly 90 minutes with no intermission (this wasn't included in the play bill)...
$5 parking across street -- very easy, very safe (well lit)

Bring your "cheaters" or magnifying glass to read seat # on ticket!
Casual to business casual to dressy...all are comfortable.
