Arrived 25 min early, front 'ticket' looby open, then Main (heated) Lobby opened 20 min. prior tour.
Highly recommend street parking (vs. garage): cost less, and tour is never more than 90 min.
Flat, non-slip soled, shoes recommended.
Exit the state & lake stop on the elevated structure and you're there.

We were allowed to wait indoors 15 minutes start time to warm up.

Will call does not open before tour starts
You can leave your coats, bags, etc. in lobby and they will be watched by security guard.
Tour starts promptly at assigned time.
Red and Orange lines stop steps away.
Couple blocks to the Christkindl Market at Daley Plaza if you are going in the next week or so.
Must be able to climb stairs

Millennium Park 1/2 mile from the Theatre. Another fun stop before or after your tour!
Casual as you'll be walking and standing for over an hour
Bring a camera - they do let you take pictures!
If you take the el, you will be right there.
Parking is Expensive, park a few blocks away or public transportation.
Front door entrance.
