The weather was perfect!. I wore a casual dress..
We had dinner ~1 hour before the performance at LeRoy's across the street from the venue. Plan ahead if you want a table or just eat at the bar. Staff are conscientious of play-goers and ensure prompt delivery of food/check.
Parking can be scarce, so plan ahead.
The weather was evening with overcast. I wore nice jeans, button-down shirt, loafers and was comfortable..

Parking: Parking meters and Yellow Commercial zones are free to park after 6PM.
You Can’t Take It With You
Have a bite in Coronado before or after the show, they have plenty of great places to eat on the Island. Parking can be a problem sometimes, so get there early to have plenty of time.
Parked along the Coronado Beachfront & walked over to theatre. Easy at night.
We love going early & eating dinner at one of the many great places within walking distance. If you like pizza, calzones, etc. we love, Village Pizza just to the left of the theater about a block.

Prime A seating, while a little more expensive, provides optimum acoustic enjoyment. The seating in the other sections, while providing good sight lines, have some acoustic drawbacks.

The 5 of us shared 3 appetizers at the Italian restaurant above parking, Vigelleto's or a similar name. GREAT.
The food at the Rhinoceros restaurant was delicious and each entrée is more than enough to share.
Reserve at Chez Loma around the corner for a wonderful meal...but come early to find parking and REMEMBER where you left your car if you park on a sidestreet! We had a tour of Coronado while my husband tried to locate our car after the show.
We dined across the street at Costa Azul Coronado, a mexican fish house. Yummy and fast.
Parking is a challenge on a Saturday night, as is traffic. Allow extra time to find a spot and wear comfy shoes in case you need to walk a bit.
