Enter parking lot on side for evening shows
The weather was 11:00PM cool. I wore warm clothes and was still cold....
The weather was cool. I wore nice dress and wrap. Flip flops not acceptable - dressy casual kind of place.
The show was great. However we didn't enjoy the experience. We missed the fine print about MANDATORY 2 drinks or a dinner purchase per person. It took a while to get a menu (which didn't look exciting) and some water. Most guests were getting just drinks. So I got a beer, my friends got coffee and mineral water ( they don't drink). The waiter didn't come to our table until 08:39 with " I'm bringing your bill, anything else?" "No, thanks", we replied. He left a bill much higher than what we ordered and without a word of explanation. To answer our question he just flipped the little card on the table with "Catalina Bar and Grill" on it and reveal the fine print about mandatory 6 drinks we didn't purchased. He also informed us that kitchen is already closed but we could get more drinks since we are paying for them. We didn't. We left upset. Great music, horrible service and very weird deal coming from Goldstar. What do your tickets actually cover?
Ample parking in the lot behind the venue. Get there early to get a table closer to the stage.
Food and drinks are a little pricey however the quality of the food is very good the drinks are always good so you do get value for the money that you spend
$6.00 parking right around the corner.
The weather was mild. I wore a nice dress with heels! :).
$6 parking in their garage around the corner or, if you luck out, you can sometimes find free parking on some side streets.
Usually there's a two drink (or entree) minimum. I have seen people order two appetizers instead and they are good. Cost of food is $$-$$$ but the NY Steak is fab. On the $$ side, the shrimp fettucini is excellent. Not heavy and very tasty.
The weather was From business casual to as formal as you'd like to dress.. I wore a casual, long dress and platform sandals..
If you want to dine, doors open at 730p for an 830p show. I like to be done eating before the music starts so going early is a must for me.
The Bates
we ate at Chan Dara and parked up there, about a 10 min walk...

Great service!
The weather was Cold but inside they have a A at a decent temperature! . I wore Heels and jumpsuit.
There is metered parking and $6.00 self parking available. I tried the Metro and enjoyed the short 0.4 mile walk in the balmy evening. Try it if the Metro is convenient. Also you might like the street fair atmosphere of Hollywood Blvd... for a few seconds at least...
