There is no elevator at the El Capitan. Please contact Goldstar ahead of time to alert them to any special-access seating requests.

Children ages 2 or younger do not need a ticket if they can sit on an adult's lap for the duration of the show. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Seating is assigned in advance. If you use the Sit With Friends feature, the theater will be able to accommodate your request, but they cannot do so on the day of the show. All persons, bags, parcels and other items will be subject to screening/security checks upon entrance to the theater. Theater management reserves the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into the theater, and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as they consider appropriate. The following items are prohibited: outside food/beverages, illegal substances, weapons of any kind or items that appear to be weapons and laser pointers or other disruptive items. Please visit the El Capitan website for a complete listing of ALL policies. There is validated parking at the Hollywood & Highland parking structure, located at 1755 N Highland Ave, Hollywood -- across the street from the El Capitan Theatre. Bring your parking ticket to the theater for validation. The El Capitan Theatre only validates for this parking structure. If you use the Metro Red Line, exit at the "Hollywood/Highland" station.
