easy parking but short on handicap
the venue is behind a strip mall, parking is easy and free, and we ate at an "original bakery"-type place (starts with "p" and name escapes me now)...

Several fast-food restaurants and an IHOP in the theater complex.
Empire the Musical
Not a lot of options in the immediate area.
This show runs straight through with no intermission. It's over with a smidgen before 3:45 with a 2 pm matinee or 9:45 pm for an 8 pm show.
I wore bring a sweater because it can get cool in the theater. .
Prior to the show there is a Panera Bread in the shopping center next to the Theater and other food choices as well.
Panera Bread is right next door and a good casual dining alternative.
The weather was warm. I wore casual dressing.
Lots of different restaurants in the center adjacent to theatre and within a less than 10 minute drive.
Arrive a little early to take pics at photo opportunity set up in the lobby. You will also want to possibly buy souvenirs and walk around the lovely lobby which has a fireplace and sofas set up.
The weather was Sunny. I wore Dressy/casual .
Note that there were many children in the audience, even at night. Some distraction, but not a bother. Get your picture taken holding a Mary Poppin umbrella in the lobby. Really cute!
There is plenty of free parking around the theatre as it's next to a strip mall. Plenty of places nearby to find a bite to eat before the show too.

Standard snacks available. The special drink for the night (Spoonful of Sugar) was really good. My Jack and Coke wasn't so good.
The weather was Cooler in the lobby. . I wore Slacks and a nice shirt. My wife nice pants with a nice top. .
I saw (and heard) quite a few people snacking. Not sure if they brought their own or bought it at the theater.
The first act is long. Make sure you use the bathroom before the musical begins.
