The Greek is my favorite venue for seeing a concert. It's a beautiful setting.
Definitely take a sweater or light jacket. Once the sun goes down it can get chilly.
Carpool because parking is $20 per car for stacked parking

Park and Dine provides a great meal and shuttle package for The Greek!
Take advantage of Park And Dine options. A great deal for a mean and shuttle to the show!
Not nearly as taxing as the Hollywood Bowl, but I suggest comfy footwear.
Especailly for women, it is better to be safe than sorry.
The Greek offer good food options, including outdoor flame broiled burgers
I would have prefered that will call not be on the uphill side of the Greek :S
Bring sandwiches and wine and picnic before the show
Service behind counters could be a lot better.
Except for Beach Boys show, shorts should not be worn at evening concerts.
Walking to the Greek will be uphill and downhill, be prepared.

If it's over 90 downtown in the day, you are OK with shorts.
Pay extra for non-stacked parking to save time when its time to go.
