We parked few blocks from the theater.
Even if you have to walk from BART/MUNI, it's all mostly flat and easy.
Drinks and snacks permitted inside at your seats at all times.
I was business casual. I believe anything less for this show is inappropriate.
I parked a couple of blocks away for SF "cheap". Obviously, this strikes a nerve with me.
Sausalito ferry does not run as long as it used to. Bozos, check out Seattle!

Take Muni Metro or BART to the Embarcadero Station, then walk through a nice area.
Good cheap Indian food 2 blocks west on Jackson Street at Naan 'n Curry.
Several public (paid) lots within 2-3 blocks of the theater, metered parking on the streets
Concessions available at intermission, nearby restuarants
Casual
Kokkari, the best restaurant in the city, is across the street.
Street parking after 6 p.m. is free
The Holdig Company in Embarcadero 2 has GREAT hamburgers and fries and "old" San Francisco feel
