Benaroya seems to have the best flow from garage to hall to garage and back out onto the street. It's expensive, but not having to take your life in your hands to exit is value added!
They had an EV charging station, which is always a help for us
We often enjoy a light dinner at Fonte Cafe and Wine Bar before shows at Benaroya. Much nicer than the choices in the hall.
If you arrive in time to park in the lot, parking is no problem. But don't kid yourself thinking you'll find free street parking.

The Fairmont Hotel has a lovely unknown gem, known as The Terrace. Great place to meet or enjoy Happy Hour before the show.
We tried Loulay for the first time (just a few blocks west of Benaroya Hall). Great environment and food.
