Metro is the Only way to go. Plenty of dining on 17th St. We went to the James Hoban.
They have a few snacks for sale during intermission, but nothing substantial.
The weather was Cold. I wore jeans, tennis shoes, a sweater, a scarf, and a fall jacket..
The Keegan Theatre is divine. After multiple GoldStar purchases for their shows, I was so blown away that I just subscribed. You will too.
Easy to bike to
Only nearby parking garage locks up at 11, so call theater and find out ahead of time when the play is over, otherwise you'll have to hunt for street parking.
or, add your own... Be careful NOT to park on Church street on the side of the theater. The sign is very confusing "no Parking except Sunday 9-1:00. We and several others got parling tickets.
The Keegan Theater is BYOB but not BYOF. Bring in a drink or two but leave the food.
The weather was nice. I wore wear comfy shoes- need to walk to theater.
Or, add your own. Parking is very difficult to find...any solutions? Metro is not an option.

You can buy beer, wine or soda and take it in to the show---awesome!
Sunday matinee--no on-street parking. Had to pay $12 for garage parking a few blocks away.
