I think it's near the Clybourn exit for Metra (but I'm not sure). I don't think i's a street you'll see cabs on.
I drove and parked on side street to avoid meters.
Some blocks have neighborhood parking restrictions.

Small 2 row theater with 40 or so seats, 1 bathroom, small cash bar with a small selection of drinks and tasty looking pastries (darn my diet). I don't think I saw bottle water. LOVELY people working there.

Connected to Jane's Restaurant. I like Jane's. There are also at least 2 bars on the same block.

The weather was cold. I wore sweater and jeans.

The Armitage bus stops directly in front of the theater. As for parking, you can find metered and unmetered spots within easy walking distance of the theater.
You can dine at Jane's Restaurant and merely walk through the back door into the theater's tiny lobby. Easy.
Steps from the Clyborne Metra stop.
No problem.
I was able to find parking in front both times.
Grab some wine or treats in front, funds go to the company sharing their talents overseas!
