The weather was Hot. I wore black pants and a nice top. My granddaughter wore jeans. I suggest dress comfortable. .

we had dinner at an italian restaurant off Alton. long and narrow but wine and food were delicious. A little pricey but if you dont mind paying money for good quality food and wine then it shouldnt be a problem.

Or, add your own...We arrived in 3 different cars and enjoyed a lovely dinner at Claim Jumper which is located across the street from the Segerstrom Center. We then traveled in one car to the parking structure for the show.

Or, dine elegantly at Scotts and leave your card there. The food is excellent, wait staff attentive and friendly, and the valet is only $3 ($5 for the night with a $2 tip!). The walk is gorgeous and pleasant.
Get there early to sit outside and people watch or just enjoy the time relaxing with friends beofre the show.
You can order/pay for a cocktail before the show and at intermission the drinks you ordered are lined up and waiting for you at the bar.
Arrive early to take pictures in "photo booth" - big line after the show.

The weather was pleasant. I wore sweater and cord pants but others wore fun 1950s attire, fancy dresses, jeans and suits.
