We drove & went early-ish so we could take advantage of happy hour dinner @ Connie & Ted's! So we could try a Jonathan Gold recommended spot before a great play.
I wore Casual pants, top, etc. very casual..

Remain alert. Tents and some of the parked cars were indications that some of the city's more desperate have taken up residence nearby since the last time I visited this Lillian Way venue.

Street parking right next to the venue was scarce, but was available a block or so away.

Look for The Faculty right around the corner and enjoy a great sandwich and beer before/after the show.
You can park for free after 8pm on Saturdays on Melrose.

Parking in the lot next to the building for $5. Quite a deal. Great Italian place around the corner. Bookshop across the street if you want to browse while you wait for the house to open.
The theatre has a lot ($5) next door.

Watch out for residential permit hours. Lot was $5, nice guys handling it.

Empanadas for take-out at Rincon Chileno (half block west on Melrose). Because who wouldn't want a meat pie after this bloody good time.
so many parking signs on the neighboring streets that you can easily miss the permit only signs. Park in the theatres lot for $5 and
avoid an expensive ticket
WARNING! Read street parking signs very carefully. It was Sunday night and the meterfolk were issuing tickets.
