Haloween night, lots of people to watch
We at at the restaurant, very good, moderate prices
$9 parking - well worth it
It was Haloween, dressy, limited costumes
I did not find street parking, and paid $9 to park.
Definitely going to dress up next year! ..but no hats--they block the view!
On a Sunday afternoon, we found street parking and free meters.
Come early. Relax. People watch.
Friendly bartenders on every floor - cash only on most of them.
Fun / cocktail attire. (Never wear t-shirts & hoodies to the venue!)
The attire ran the gamut: costumes to fur wraps and everything in between!
