The weather was It is irrelevant. Dress for the occasion not for a weather. Respect the high art and the place bringing this art to you.. I wore I recommend dressing like civilized people do. The weather? What difference does it make? I think we have enough clothes for any weather. Just respect the people around you, respect the art....

We thought the Damascas restaurant with delicious fresh choices on the plaza ( La Cochina) across from the Zellerbach was a real find. Hardworking owners with very tasty dressings. We will definitely go again.

if you do drive from any where in the bay area, allow twice as much time as you think you'll need due to traffic and the amount of time it takes to find parking. Just go hours earlier and walk around, have a leisurely dinner and some coffee ;)

Parking is a problem right now because of the Sproul Plaza construction on Bancroft. Arrive early to find lots or street partking. Access to Zellerbach Hall has changed: have to go in by Haas Pavilion or from above the plaza.
