I wore I wore a skirt and ankle boot heels with no leggings or stockings, and I was actually quick comfortable inside at my seat. Normally theatres are cold, but it was nice this time. I left my coat under my seat, but I probably didn't need to bring it inside with me. There's no coat stand, so don't wear anything bulky or layers you might want to shed heavily!.
The weather was Cold and windy Chicago style. I wore Large cold, hat, sweater. It was too much for the theater, it was very warm..

Use spot hero to find parking a few blocks away for under $20. Eat a gourmet dinner at 312 right next door to the theater.
Riverdance: The 25th Anniversary Show
312 Chicago is just steps away from the Cadillac Palace Theater. Very good fare and drinks. They cater to show-goers so the service is as fast or slow as you prefer.
12o North Lasalle has $18 evening parking rates. Quick and easy in and out valet service. Recommended!

I used Spot Hero and was able to get parking for 12.50 from 5:30p - to 830 am the next morning, which saved me about 7 to 10 dollars. I parked at 210 N Wells St Garage which was around the corner from the theater and I had no problem entering or leaving. I will use Spot Hero again, it took away the stress of finding where to park and saved me about 7 to 10 dollars in parking costs.
Once on This Island
The theatre do not allow any water to be carried in.
The weather was cold. I wore a blouse, but it was too cold in the theater, so I won't recommend a coat check!.
The theatre was quite cool. Always take the train and walk to theatre.

Sat in the loge - highly recommend as you can see everything well.
The weather was surprisingly cool in the theater. I wore I wore a dress and my legs were quite chilly - I'm not a person who gets cold easily either. Bring a light sweater. You'll need it!.

I wore a sweater and was glad. The theatre was unusually cold? I'm not usually one to complain about that but I was shivering near the end of Act 1....
