Boyd Thai is one of our favorites, and Hollow let out early enough that we still got the early bird special.
We ate down the block at Monte's after the show and the food was very good.
Or, add your own...for matinee at Player's Theatre, do lunch, brunch or cocktail hour right on Bleecker St. many good value choices.

The weather was great. I wore dress pants with sweater.
The Olive Tree Cafe right next door was great for before theater. Very wide ranging menu (hamburgers to cabbage borscht with many middle eastern dishes, salads and sides in between), full bar, inexpensive and friendly.
I wore jeans, sneakers and a sweater.
Lots of post show eating opportunities.
The weather was Gorgeous Warm Fall. I wore Village casual.
