Because I could not find it anywhere when I went looking online at both the show page and ticketing sites--the show is 90 minutes with no intermission.

Park just next door at Horton Plaza, then with theater validation it is only 10 dollars.
IF you park in Horton Plaza lot (same block & side as will call) you can get your parking ticket stamped at the theater and it is a flat $10 fee (instead of $20 the night we went).

Parking at 225 Broadway is as convenient as website suggests and easy to get to.
There are many good restaurants within walking distance of the theater. We had a very nice meal at Blue Point Coastal Cuisine before the concert.
Park at Horton Plaza Shopping Center and have your ticket validated at Balboa Theater. $10 for 6 hours.
I wore a long sleeve dress shirt and slacks. A suit and tie is also appropriate..
We parked at City College and walked. Not too far, got to see the sights of downtown.

why would you have to print the tickets and waste paper when they had machines that could read from your phone?
Make sure you get your parking validated...we didn't and cost us $16

When going to Balboa Theater, remember to get your parking validated if you park in Horton Plaza. Otherwise you will pay about $8 an hour!
At the movie I went to they sold bagged popcorn mix, other sweet treats, wine, beer, mixed drinks and soda. They take credit card!
You can get parking at the Horton Plaza Mall and get it validated at the validation machine before the movie. Since my movie was exactly 1 hour and 45 mins, my parking was free!
