Small venue; there isn't a bad seat in the house.
I wore jeans and a nice top. Very casual; jeans are appropriate..
No late seating, so beware! And be patient when being directed to your seats/ getting your program. FYI, the even numbered seats are near the theatre door with odds opposite; all two-digit seat numbers (i.e., 29, 31, etc.) are on the "sides" with the three-digit ones (i.e., 102, 104, etc.) facing centre stage.
Get there early. No late seating.
We ate at Subway nearby on S Market St.
Some street parking around theatre. We parked at the San Jose Convention Center Parking on S Market St @ $11.00.
The weather was Warm. I wore T-Shirt and Blue Jeans..
Mosiac restaurant is in the Sheraton Hotel about 2 blocks from the Stage. Outstanding happy hour! We got two beers, two glasses of wine, crab cakes, a huge platter of calamari, and a huge dish of Honey Walnut Prawns...all for $56 by sitting in the lounge/bar area where drinks and appetizers are half price 5-7p. Excellent service, food, and prices !!!
Sweet and savory snacks available, beer,
wine, soda and a limited bar.
I wore casual slacks, long sleeve shirt. Some might need jacket--cold!.
Depending on where you sit, you might find the seat a bit dusty perhaps with some little bit of cobweb or not. But comparatively, it's still cleaner than going to movie theater where people or kids slob over the seat with food, etc.
