In the newly hip H St. corridor. Great atmosphere.
Beirgarten on same block good German food but pricey.
During the day, drive around the block to find street parking.

I agree -- bring your own food!
Pack a bag full of your own goodies - better selection and cheaper. besides they don't mind.
Very casual. The AC in the venue works great!
Sticky Rice is surprisingly slow for take-out orders.

Bring a sweater for the AC
Parking off Hst on numbered streets
Eat full meal, refreshments are limited.
Bring jacket, wear pants...can get chilly
There is parking just a couple of streets over, free after 6pm.
Come early to enjoy the new neighborhood restaurants and bars
Drinks can be taken into the theatre.
