The weather was Windy. I wore Nice slacks and a blouse with ankle boots. Bring a sweater or jacket because the weather does change as the evening progresses. There are places in the area to eat; I ate at home..
We were lucky to find a parking spot in the lot across from the "Farmers market". It was on a Sunday afternoon, so parking was free.
The weather was Sunny. I wore A nice pantsuit and contrasting tank top. I also wore 1-inch dressy sandals. My daughter wore Jean's, a tank top, and a short kimono. She wore flat dressy sandals..

Take Bart to Civic Center station. Exit is right on front of the theater. Easy and no expensive parking to pay for....if you can find some. Burger King is right across the street if you want a fast food bite before or after the show.

Sam's is a good place to eat.....good food, budget friendly and right down the block from the Orpheum...west
BART is the perfect way to go. Get off at Civic Center , and you’re there! No bridge traffic, no circling for a spot, keep your car from getting broken into, help with climate change.
The weather was Sunny and warm but you always need to go to the City in layers!. I wore Slacks, dressy blouse and jacket with lots of pockets so eliminated a purse!.
So we paid for parking ahead of time. $40 to use the lot at the Hotel Whitcomb. You can enter/exit thru the Hotel and the Orpheum is right in front of you. There's a Starbucks connected to the hotel as well. Lastly, get to the theatre early so you can get your souvenirs, drink and use the ladies restroom before the long line starts.
La Cuisine Cafe is across the street. Food was fresh and delicious. Friendly atmosphere. Menu includes sandwiches, salads and coffees. We had lunch before the performance.
The BART station is in front of the theater.

Check out Tu Lan on 6th and Market! Best "hole in the wall" eatery. If it was good enough for Julia Child, then you'll love it:-).

If you are coming from the south bay, park at Daly City BART and take the BART train into Civic Center - very convenient.
Stop at Beer Hall on Polk for a pre- or post-show beer and snack.
